Where is your money going?
I Love Nice People is currently supporting two non-profit organizations: Out of Darkness and Charity Water. Our mug sales will always benefit Charity Water, and currently the rest of our sales are benefiting Out of Darkness. Out of Darkness is the anti-trafficking ministry of Atlanta Dream Center. The Mission of Out of Darkness is to REACH, RESCUE, and RESTORE all victims of commercial sexual exploitation, that the glory of God may be known. Commercial exploitation may take the form of stripping, pornography, survival sex, prostitution, or sex trafficking. Generally viewed as a problem only in 3rd world countries, sex trafficking is destroying the lives of men, women, and children all across the United States. The FBI reports that the average age that a girl of boy is first recruited into prostitution or sex trafficking in the U.S. is 11-14 years-old. Out of Darkness provides a safe refuge where the women receive new clothes, initial medical exams and treatment, representation for any immediate legal needs, and most importantly, the love and support of a new family. Our donations will go toward the initial medical examination which averages $254 per individual. To view our past partnerships and how much we were able to donate, follow the button below.
One of the most daunting tasks in life is determining what your sole purpose on this earth is. Why are you here? How are you going to make an impact? Everyone is here for a reason. What that reason is, is your destiny to decide.
Kate Webster and Morgan Krieger have always been bothered by the evident lack of kindness that arises everyday in all aspects in life. Turning to kindness is no longer a born instinct. As we inch into our next chapter of life, we have come to terms with the fact we will not put up with the apparent unkindness in our world.
We have finally realized what we were placed on this earth to do: To be nice. We want our initial instinct to revert back to how it should be; to be nice! Being nice is the longest lasting impression you can make on this world. Let's make this world a better place through the existence of genuinely nice people. Together we can make a difference.
